Formula DRIFT Irwindale 2012

The final round of the Formula DRIFT 2012 season took place as usual at “The House of Drift” in Irwindale, California. Formula D Seattle 2010

Formula D is one of the events I’ve always looked forward to as a photographer every year. I’ve been photographing Formula D since its inaugural event in the Pacific Northwest back in 2006, and it definitely seems to get better and better each year. There was absolutely zero rain this year and while it was definitely hot, it wasn’t quite as hot as the mid-90s/low-100s track side for 2006 and 2007.
