Erich’s Land Rover for LRO

Back in March of this year, I was asked to shoot two Land Rovers in the area for the UK-based magazine, Land Rover Owner International (LRO). Both shoots were done the same day and the US editor even flew out to meet the owners and direct the shoot a bit. The first of these features is now out in the July 2013 issue of LRO, so I’m happy to finally post it up here on my blog. The Series I Land Rover has a crazy history, originally being part of a South American Boy Scout Troop that took the Land Rover all over the Americas, with each main stop being represented by the map on the driver’s door. It’s been everywhere from Alaska all the way down to Tierra del Fuego in Chile/Argentina. Oddly enough, they actually didn’t use any of my personal favorite photos from the shoot, so here they are below. Special thanks to Jonathan Black of Streetsweeper NW, Wence Estrada, and Andrew Brown for their assistance throughout the day!
